If you have any questions when it comes to importing your list, please ask our Customer Happiness Specialists for help by clicking on the orange icon on the bottom right of this screen.
Here are the steps...
1.) Open your email list using Microsoft Excel.
2. Make sure to label all of your fields
3.) When you're ready to save, hit "File", "Save as", select a location (such as Desktop) that is easy for you to re-locate your saved file.
4.) Click the drop-down list menu for "Format:", and select "Windows Comma Separated (.csv)". See the image below.
5.) Hit "Save".
For Mac Users with Numbers
On the Mac, a .numbers email list can easily be converted to a .csv file. The instructions below apply to Numbers 2008 and above:
1.) In the Numbers file, click on File.
2.) Go to Export.
3.) From the formats at the top of the pop up, click CSV.
4.) Do not change the Text Encoding Drop down box. Click Next.
5.) Save the file to the Desktop or to a folder of your choice.
Note: Once you've finished saving your file, you are ready to upload your list into your Dashboard!
