This is a great feature when it comes to the user interface as you can see when you have communications scheduled. It also gives you the ability to easily reschedule or unschedule if you feel there are too many messages being sent or posted within a timeframe. 

To see the communications calendar, click on the Calendar tab in the top navigation of your dashboard. 

You can click on the day you wish to view. You’ll now notice that all of the communications for that day will appear in the right column. You can open the communications by clicking on the little arrow on the right side of each communication. 

This is where you can edit, reschedule, or unschedule any of the communications.
